I love this time of year. I’m so happy when the heat of summer finally breaks. Saturday was a lovely day and I took advantage of the weather to polish my car’s headlights. (I named my car Casper. It’s white. LOL) With all the touring I’ve done in the last several years, I’ve put a lot of hard miles on poor Casper and his headlights had become cloudy and scratched. Also on the dim side. I don’t do much night driving, but with the days turning shorter, there will be more chance of being out after dark, and bright headlights are a good thing. I figured I had better get it done before winter closed in. Casper’s got a sparkling new outlook now. And I get a thrill every time I look at him. I know. Doesn’t take much, does it?
When my daughter was much younger, October 1st was the day we would go to the basement together and pull out all the Halloween decorations. She’s “too old” to do that kid stuff any more, and frankly, it’s just not as much fun doing it by myself. But, I still think about it. So here’s a nice cat for you to color.

Nice page layout and original style! love it!
